The location of the hotel is very convenient been very close to the beach and Santa Catolina bus station. The front desk staff was friendly and flexible allowing us some extra time for checking-out.

To be improved

The room was generally well-equipped and comfortable, including a coffee machine and bottled water on arrival. However, I was surprised to find that coffee capsules and water were only provided on the first day and not replenished during the stay. Additionally, while one of the two trash bins was emptied regularly, the other was never attended to. These small details, if improved, could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
