Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, service and the cats who were starving.

To be improved

Smell of sewage in the downstairs when air con was on. I believe the main air con outside was placed near a toilet vent. Because the smell gradually increased into a sewage stench

Pool lovely, always available loungers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the spa treatments, excellent beauty therapist.

To be improved

Some ants in room but this was quickly attended to by the reception staff. Iron available but no ironing board.

The bedrooms were perfectly clean

To be improved

The food was below standard. The clientele and overall vibe of the hotel weren’t what was advertised, the upstairs pool and hot tub area are disgustingly dirty, full of scum and bugs
