“Do not miss this hotel”
The best

This hotel is a great choice place if visiting Las Palmas. It represents great value. The rooms are well appointed and kept very clean. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to assist with any problems. Breakfast is fantastic. The hotel roof top bar is first class. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

“Elite City Slicking”
The best

It’s departure day after a week long stay. Lying on the roof top terrace basking in sunshine in the heart of a bustling Spanish city. From start to finish this hotel has been everything you could ask for. Situated 150m from the Santa Catalina bus station, its location is fabulous. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who can handle my limited Spanish (limited to ordering beer in numbers and wine similarly) nothing is a problem. Room had everything you need with twin sinks, shower and toilet separate, fridge, bathrobes, slippers and a fabulous daily cleaning service. Food is outstanding with a set 3 course lunch including a drink for €21. Breakfast a feast of all you could ask for and turned in to a three courser for us each morning. Poached eggs hollandaise with salmon a particular favourite. 14 eggs for me in the week all cooked perfectly. Chefs and staff were constantly replenishing the offerings and ensuring nothing out of place. At less than £600 each for a week including Glasgow flights it represents incredible value from Jet2. No transfer but with incredible bus services here at remarkable prices it’s not an issue. €14 years return for us both in this 15 mile journey compared to the £35 from Glasgow to the airport for 9 miles. If you want a city trip with authenticity, beaches and access to everywhere Las Palmas is a must. You’ll find nowhere better to visit and certainly nowhere better to stay.

very nice hotel in center of the capital 2000 steps away from sea front which hosts a varity of resaurants which all have a great beach view

“Beautiful hotel”
The best

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it was very clean which is a must for me when picking a hotel and it was beautifully decorated throughout. The staff I engaged with were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was great and there was plenty to choose from. I chose this hotel mainly because of the pool and chill out area on the roof top which was a great feature boasting beautiful views of the port (note the bar area is closed on Monday and Tuesday but the pool is open throughout the week). The hotel is ideally located for catching a bus to visit other areas such as the old town and also a short walk to the Playa de Las Canteras beach. I tried to avoid staying out too late as there were some parts in that area which felt a bit unsafe especially travelling alone, but other than that I'd happily stay here again when visiting Las Palmas.

“Brilliant hotel for a city break”
The best

Excellent location for us. Car parking available at a reduced cost per day 16euros. This was at Saba parking very well lit, clean and accessible. Rooms very modern a little disappointing not all has balconies. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool were such a bonus. The view you could just watch the world (ships) go by. The staff were attentive and helpful. The drink selection good and the snacks were excellent. The breakfast was amazing with the choice. The rooms very modern but Rituals being the choice of toiletries was such a pleasant surprise. Air con worked well and was quiet. Within walking distance of Las Canteras beach, el Cortes ingles, Poema del Mar, Elder, auditorium.

“Beautiful modern Hotel overlooking Parque Santa Catalina, Exceptional”
The best

Everything about Livvo Lumm is exceptional, This was a suprise trip for my partner's birthday he loved the hotel so much. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Elena for organising a seaview room for us and being so lovely, also to Adolfo (hope thats right) in the Sky bar, nothing is too much trouble for him and he is great at his job. Amazing hotel, so clean, rooftop pool and bar area is beautiful, hotel only two mins walk from the Guaguas. This hotel and the staff are a credit to the Livvo Group and we can not wait to go back again as soon as possible.
