Lovely hotel just out the way , everything seemed to be all about money when you get there, all inclusive mmmm well, no kettle in room, ( can hire one - money💰) towels for sunbeds (money again) hotel charges for a clean towel if you want one clean everyday, water park costs to use, what happened to the all inclusive, the hotel is advertised as hotel and water park

The hotel itself looks ok. We didn't get to try the spa department because there was only one free hour, ie 25min from Thursday to Sunday. But the price was still for 55min. Not okay. As for the hotel room, there were hard beds and a sofa bed that was tired and not good to sleep in. There were no drying racks. A small hanger where you could hang a swimsuit and a bathing panty. We were four people. small towels. was reluctant to provide more than 2 extra towels. The food in the buffet and in the snack bar was uninviting and nothing to brag about. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. This is not worth the price and the hotel should have had 1 or 2 stars. Have traveled a lot and been to many hotels. Few hotels in the 3 and 4 star class that serve such food. if we are to call it food.. This was terrible. The staff were really nice. The kids club and the entertainment was good. The water park just across the road, which the hotel has incl entrance to, needs a huge renovation. All the slides scratched us..
