“peace, rest and well-being”

The best

very friendly and helpful staff. we couldn't check in until 3pm, but they allowed us to leave our luggage there and use the restaurant's restroom to change. when we went up we found our luggage in the room. also, there were lots of products in the bathroom, including body lotion, conditioner and toothbrush. also, it took us about 40 minutes to get to the tourist attractions by train, which we took just a few minutes from our accommodation. Ocata, where the hotel is located, is quiet, we felt safe on the streets at night, and the beach is nearby.

To be improved

The bathroom was a little inconvenient for us, because it had a transparent wall that faced the hallway, but since I was staying there with a friend, I got over this detail pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

“The location worked great for our needs. · Cons: Unfortunately our experience was very mediocre. The hotel is outdated, our double room was small and the bed uncomfortable. The hotel lost power during the first night, which is inconvenient if you’re using a breathing machine or need to charge your devices overnight. In the morning the power was restored, the hotel apologized and offered a free coffee (value approx. €1.20). Well, the following night we had another power outage, but this time the emergency lights kicked in and we found ourselves having to sleeping with a bright LED light on, which lit up the entire room until the battery died. We were again offered a coffee as a compensation for the inconvenience, but we demanded free breakfast for two, which we received. It was unimpressive.”

“Love This Hotel”

The best

I'm so happy with my decision to stay at this hotel for several reasons: 1) I love that I get to support a family-run business; 2) this hotel's location is perfect - it's so close to the beaches and there are plenty of restaurants, convenient store and pharmacy within the vicinity; 3) the Ocata train station is only a 5-minute walk away; 4) the theme of the hotel; and 5) how friendly and helpful the staffs are. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Masnou or would like an alternative to staying at a hotel in Barcelona (the train ride to Barcelona is super simple and takes only about 30 minutes). When I return to Barcelona, I would for sure stay at this hotel again!

Really friendly owners! We always really appreciate this 🙏 Big room with fridge, great bed. Near trainstation so in half an hour you are in barcelona. We didnt take the breakfast so cannot say anything about that :)

The room is not the most modern, we slept in the basement with a small window but i think its a good and fair price quality for this region!

I had ants in my room, the beds weren’t comfortable, the room smelled moldy when we first got in. Overall, I would recommend spending a little more for a nice place. The towels were also weird smelling. If you will only be there to sleep it will do the job on a budget
