“Fantastic Family long weekend away!”

The best

Hotel room was very spacious and spotless for the four of us - Two double beds. (12yr & 9yr old with us). Fridge in the room & lovely walk in shower. Breakfast had a massive selection & everyone managed to find something to suit them. Very central but on a quiet street which was perfect. The beach was not even 100m away. Very cheap for the three nights! Will come again!

“A very very pleasant”

The best

The location of the hotel is perfect, about 200 meters from the beach. Everything you might need is available within a few dozen meters around the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very rich and diverse. The staff is kind and helpful. A special convenience is the luggage storage room, in case your departure flight is later in the day. Of course, the rooftop pool with a bar, located on the 6th floor, further enhances the overall impression.

To be improved

The cleaning staff does not clean the floors regularly, so dust accumulates along the edges.

A stranger entered our room while we were sleeping. I think he recived our card and the reception assigned our room to him or the card were working for every room. Also the room was very very noisy you could hear the entier hotel like it was in the room, everyone was slamming the door and the were very drunk and screamming the entiere night. The room was half of the description available on booking and the pictures are made with wide to make it look bigger. We did't recived a blanket/sheet ,we had to ask for it and they gave it to us without the pillowcase. The minibar was empty( and thats not possible for a 4* hotel).I do not recommand this hotel and i don't recommand Lloret del Mar, its just the hype and the nice tik toks, but the reallity it s very diffrent.

Hotel rooms spacious and plenty of room for clothing etc.

To be improved

Extremely loud, need more security. Young people running around corridors, awful sound proofing. Also bathroom leaks terrible.
