The pool was amazing and the new part of the hotel had modern and comfortable rooms. Aircon working great

Some of the rooms on the old part of the hotel were tired looking

The bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a nice view. The bar downstairs was very convenient.

Spa, staff very professional, kind and helpful. Receptionists, barman, customer service,all very attentive and helpful

To be improved

1. Wifi never worked despite 4 different alternatives given by staff 2. The water from the shower trap was overflowing 3. The air conditioning never cooled 4. The phone in the room had no connection
