Hotel Los Condes

We lived it here! Great staff, friendly and attentive. The rooms were simple and very clean. The ladies who prepared breakfast each morning were great and the food was beautiful. The housekeepers were kind and took great care of our room daily. I would absolutely stay there again. Bravo Hotel Los Condes!!! Gracias!

Small hotel in a Great location for a stay in central madrid. Rooms were clean and basic with comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was decent with good coffee. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended some good restaurants for us.

Was clean and value for money for 3 people. Beds were a bit on the hard side. Good location for getting around the city. Sound proofing is not the best. Bathroom a bit small and with 3 people in the room luggage was an issue. If you don't need a hotel with amenities this is it!

We really liked this hotel. Booked on a Tui package deal £600 for 7 nights plus flights, a real bargain. It's in a good location just off Gran Via so very close to all tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, lovely walk in shower, polite staff. Special mention for the breakfast staff who provide great service, lovely breakfast foods and who went out of their way to provide me with soya milk and black tea. The lounge in the reception area is very comfortable and stylish. It's a hotel with a lovely atmosphere.

Very clean and neat hotel with excellent bathrooms. The location is nigh on perfect as you're barely a minutes walk from the Calle de Gran Via where you will find many restaurants, shops, and cafes. To be nit-picky, the rooms can be quite small. In addition, the glazing on the windows isn't great, meaning you can hear outside noise quite loudly and clearly. However, as it's not directly on the main road, this is not usually an issue. I'd probably stay here again.

Comfy beds, fab power shower, friendly helpful staff, in the middle of the city. Everything on your doorstep Recommended. Lovely restaurants, shops, and museums No trouble ordering a cab and they are really cheap. Metro and buses close by too
