Hotel Los Jazmines

Had fantastic stay at Los Jazmines! Was last minute booking with Tui and so glad we booked this hotel! Stayed in room 146, couldn't wish for a better room, very spacious, plenty of storage space, lovely kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle. Had a fabulous sea view with a huge balcony couldn't wish for better. Can't comment on food as we booked room only. To top it all, staff on reception were fantastic! All so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and all the staff work really hard. Roof top bar was open in the evening only but beautiful views to enjoy a drink! Location of hotel is brilliant, close to all bars, restaurants and centre of Torremolinos which is a fabulous resort. We had such a fab holiday we've booked to return to Los Jazmines in August 2026 for 2 weeks, can't wait to return!

All in all a very good 3 star hotel. The hotel cleaning staff are excellent, the rooms and premises are very clean at all times. The garden is beautifully maintained and all the staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. A couple of takeaways from us; Pool isn’t the biggest but big enough! And not many sun beds but again we never struggled to get 2 together when coming back to the hotel through the day. The breakfast isn’t anything to shout about, quite repetitive but was okay. Enough to get your morning started! Staff are very diligent in keeping things topped up too which is nice. The rooms on the ground floor are quite dark even through the day when you’ve got the door shut, something which you have to do if you want any privacy as the path runs right next to your room/terrace. Location is excellent, close to local bars and shops and the private beach we used a few times, never struggled for a bed. Just a hint; Beds are slightly cheaper if you purchase from reception before you get there. The lounge on the rooftop is very nice, relaxing chilled out atmosphere with a nice view over the beach! Drinks are very well priced too. We would definitely come back but only if we could definitely book a room with a balcony. As we didn’t feel like we had a lot of privacy on the ground floor as people always walking past your room. I cannot state how nice the staff were. Everyone we met from cleaners to reception staff and maintenance staff, always greeted you with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you! Decent holiday!

Very nice Hotel,spotlessly clean, good choice for breakfast in the morning but food in the evening needs looking into. Our stay was made all the more special by the wonderful staff much thanks to Massimo, Alvero, Teresa, Tamara, Marleen and Christina who were so welcoming and hospitable.Would like to stay again and would hugely recommend expecially for the staff. Stayed in one of the apartments and we were quite disappointed with the upkeep to be honest. These apartments are shabby and in need of a massive overhaul. The rooms are very basic but functional, the sunshade on our balcony was threadbare and torn on both sides. Lots of the floor tiles were mismatched and cracked. The sliding doors leading to the balcony wouldn't open and close properly... and the "swim up bar" as advertised on the TUI website was a tiny bar in the corner of the garden area, well away from the pool, we felt that the whole pool area was like walking onto a 50s 60s style film set, it is small with very few loungers so we didn't visit the pool area at all. On a plus side, the rooms were serviced daily and the cleaning staff work really hard and do a very good job. The Hotel itself looks OK from the outside, it looks a bit more modern. Location is good, plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the area, but, If you are looking for a bright modern apartment then these are not for you.
