Weird tap washbasin that never gave hot water. 10 minutes to have hot water in shower whilst nice notice saying don't waste water- I wasted a great deal waiting for hot water. Reversible air conditioner did not work at all.

The best

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the historic center. The room was quiet, without any discomfort. The reception is open all night, making it easy to come and go. The internet password is on the TV remote control, so you don't have to ask for it.

To be improved

The internet wasn't the best. The bed layout could be better, it's not very good to have your back to the window. The employees speak Spanish, which in my case is a difficulty, because I understand them but I'm unable to talk. There is nothing more to point out that is less positive.
