Staff helpful and professional. One of our party a wheelchair user and the staff were proactive to help with ramps etc.

The staff was great, I like the bar downstairs.

The room was not very comfortable, and it was impossible to find parking - it caused me and my partner a lot of stress to find a safe parking spot in the dark and the heavy rain. I was told that the parking lot was full because many locals came to the bar for dinner. There should be some thought given to reserve spots for hotel guests. Also, there is a hotel right beside them with a very similar name - I know I can't have been the first to confuse them and go to the wrong one. When you have heavy bags to transfer from the car to the room both of the last two issues are considerable problems.
