Great location. Very clean, spotless bedsheets and table cloths. Room in good conditions, furniture minimalist and in good shape. Plenty of space. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for the money.

To be improved

It was not clear to me from the booking that parking was not included in the price. At night, it was sometimes a bit noisy, when people were passing by the door of the room (the door is not well isolated). The mattress was a bit hard.

The best

The staff at reception were extremely helpful with organising taxis for me. The waiter was also extremely courteous as he was kind enough to carry over my coffee due to my disability, and he remembered the next morning and asked if I needed him to carry my coffee over again.

“This is a well maintained, well run hotel that provides great value for a beach holiday.”

The best

This is a nice hotel that is 2 blocks from the beach (3 minute walk, tops). The staff is efficient and friendly; the rooms are clean, functional and cozy. I only stayed one night but everything was wonderful.

To be improved

Like most hotels, the internet is not the best. I noticed my phone alternating between the hotel wifi and external 5G. I didn't use internet much but it's key to travel these days, so an upgrade would be nice. Also, it's on the north end of the beach and access from the train/bus station in Gandia is limited to two bus routes. If you have luggage, get a taxi.
