“Amazing location in old town Ponferrada. Close to the castle and good restaurants. Check in was simple, AC worked well. Quiet. · Cons: Strangely dark - like no lights on at all in the hallways. Felt a bit unsafe. Breakfast was cash only which I didn’t have. Really small room with no view out the window. A couple stains on the bedcover but clean otherwise.”

“Room was very nice and clean and comfortable · Cons: The hall was dark and the lights didn’t come on when I walked in it. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find the lock on my door to open it.”

Great location

Small room and the aircon worked well for the first few hours but overnight it stopped working and the room heated up. I got up to adjust it, but It didn't help - even turned it on and off again, but no luck.
