Hotel Lugano Barcelona

The staff are very helpful. They help with maps, taxis, and every need we had while visiting Barcelona. Highly recommend Hotel Lugano.

Another wee spur of the moment booking, but did not disappoint. Great wee hotel in the middle of one of the main avenues with access to plenty of buses - stop practically outside the door and metros either way. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was stereotypical of a buffet one and staff were friendly. Ideal for a few days break.

The bed was the highlight. The staff were excellent. The breakfast is definitely far from the best I have ever had. The bathrooms have no drainage outside the shower and the shower curtains guarantee water will get everywhere. It's also very long and partially covers the floor of the tub. Kind of gross.

Fantastic hotel. Right on main bus routes to main tourist attractions. Lots of great restaurants and shops very close by. We were there from April 5-12 and loved it The staff, was best we have ever had. From moment we arrived until we left we have never been treated like that. You would think we were their long time best guests. On arrival they took out luggage to our room Day clerk, Louis and Evening clerk Miguel were amazing. We are 80 years old, with minor mobility issues and the staff always made sure we were ok and comfortable. The room on top floor was very quiet and always clean. only outside noise was occasional siren No other street noise. As all Europe hotels, room was not large but perfect for just the two of us. The elevator is very small and a couple with two large suitcases and 2 carry on takes two trips, but not a big deal. We never had the breakfast, but it looked amazing. We don't eat much in the morning. If we ever go back would most definitely stay here

I stayed at Hotel Lugano with my colleague for a few days during a business trip to Barcelona. The hotel offers a convenient location, reasonable pricing, helpful staff, and decent rooms. Situated next to Montjuïc, it’s just a short metro ride to many of the city's main attractions. It is also close to the Magic Fountains, CaixaForum, and Las Arenas shopping center, while Montjuïc, Plaça d’Espanya, Las Ramblas, Palau Güell, and other tourist spots are within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant and well-located stay.

Me and my friend came for a week's break and to be in the city for Le Merce festival. Hotel Lugano had the perfect location and price to do just that. The hotel and our rooms were cleaned regular with a high standard. The breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh. The lobby area is really the bar area but I had no complaints because when you stay in a beautiful city with so much choice, a quick drink and off out you go is all you need. The reception staff are really friendly to chat to and have time for you as well so I always felt relaxed. I want to give a big thank you from me and Ravi to the cleaners who were friendly, very helpful and of a high standard. The two ladies running the breakfast in the morning were amazing, friendly, organised and so efficient. A pleasure to meet every morning. The Managers (I think I met). They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Okay now a big thank you to the reception staff. I hope I said your names right but Louis, David, the other gentleman and lovely lady, (sorry), you were on the ball, friendly, knowledgeable of events in the city, caring when we came in late after clubbing so hard (I'm 45 years old). Professional in every sense. Just a joy to know for a short time. Thank you all. I want to come back and stay again. They need a pay rise please x
