To be improved

Needed a small fridge, bench to put suitcases on, coffee/ tea at check on station from 7am to 10am, nothing opens till 10am.

First the receptionist gave me a room which was already occupied, than gave me another room which was dirty, very small, no windows and no working flush, and he insisted that we keep the room, tried asking for a refund or price reduction but he didnt agree

“Wonderful, friendly staff on every shift. Made us feel like home. A very clean and cozy, yet small, room in an old apartment house in the old town of Barcelona. We loved the ancient elevator that rooms two at best. Very good breakfast served at Hotel Anna Marta a few doors down the street. The Lyon is worth every cent. · Cons: Everything is hunky dory from the hotel side, but the city could and should do something about the sewer smell right in front of the entrance. But hey, something like that is part of the big city experience 🙂”

Wonderful, friendly staff on every shift. Made us feel like home. A very clean and cozy, yet small, room in an old apartment house in the old town of Barcelona. Everything is hunky dory from the hotel side, but the city could and should do something about the sewer smell right in front of the entrance. But hey, something like that is part of the big city experience 🙂

The best

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! Despite being a simple hotel, it had everything I needed for my trip to Barcelona. The cleanliness was impeccable, the location was excellent, and the bed linens and towels were fresh and good -quality. The shower was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more — everything exceeded my expectations!
