“Terrible Room Quality”
the rooms in this hotel are awful. yes the staff is friendly and it does come with a nice view but the rooms are terrible. they are incredibly outdated it seems they’re still living in the 70s. on top of that the bathroom is this cramped little space. If you enjoy slamming your foot or elbow into every small square inch of space then you will enjoy. Stayed here with 1 person and it was a nightmare with the rooms. I suggested picking elsewhere if you can
“Got a good nights sleep”
Hotel is described as 4* but really 2.5* hotel clean but really needs an upgrade. Staff friendly, lounge and bar area very cold no quality food on offer. The saving grace for us was the room was nice and warm and beds very comfortable.
“It's like going back in time...”
This hotel was picked by the bus tour company for Spain. Out of the other 4 hotel, this comes last on the list. Looks like it was built in 1930's with no real updates. When we arrived to our room, found a tiny room, with one small, glazed window to hide the view of a dark alley. They had 3 small twin beds squeezed into the room. small bathroom, and stains all over the carpet. Not too conducive for our anniversary. After big complaining, finally got a decent corner room with one large bed. Doors had old fashion keyed door locks on them. Decent city location.
“Lovely , beautiful hotel in Granada”
Very nice hotel with smiling , helpful and very prompt in service staff . In a best location of Granada . Beautiful room with balcony . Inside furnishings, bed , mattress helped in having peaceful sleep when we stayed one night here . Breakfast and dinner both were outstanding in their restaurant. Loved the bathroom decor . Must acknowledge our pleasant stay here . Thank you to all so kind and warm hearted officials in reception, restaurant.
“Just okay.”
Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but a little small, the toilet was cramped in tightly next to a wall. The air conditioning was noisy - rattly and not very effective and seemed quite old and on its last legs. The breakfast was okay, nothing special but there was a reasonable enough mix of food and drinks to set us up for the day. There was parking at 20 euros per day. Quite a lot of noise could be heard from the corridor and other rooms. The room had a fridge, it didn't get very cold. No tea / coffee making facilities. there were black out curtains so the room was reasonably dark.
“Perfecto!”
