“Beautiful place lovely big room with comfortable bed. Great shower and lovely sink with marble surround. We had a large terrace with sunbeds umbrella and table and chairs facing the mountains at no extra cost. The hotel was only a 5 min walk into the city centre and there was a lovely bar right next to the hotel. Underground car parking available in the next street, discounted rate for guests €17 a night. Nice buffet breakfast. Very friendly efficient staff. Definitely would return.”

“The air conditioning was almost nonexistent.”

The location of the hotel is lovely. It is close to everything and that is a big plus. The courtyard is beautiful. That being said it was extremely hot in Granada and our air conditioning was almost nonexistent. It was difficult to sleep. When I asked about it at the front desk when we arrived, he basically said the air conditioning works sometimes. This prevented me from going to the front desk to complain because I felt like we were already told it might not work. When I checked out, he said I should have let them know. It was a little bit confusing to say the least. I am sure if it were cooler out this hotel would be fine.

“The location was great, and the building itself was nice with good facilities. Car parking downstairs was convenient. The apartment was clean, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The area felt quiet and safe, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the city centre, which suited us perfectly. · Cons: AC was not that warm. One of the rooms needed to be swapped which they did for us. But even then it still was not cool enough.”

Very helpful staff. · Cons: Not worth paying the extra for the room with the terrace since there is no fridge or coffee maker and you can't bring your breakfast back to your room from the dining room. We didn't use the terrace at all. Very strict about not taking any extra food from the buffet, which seems unnecessary. It seems that they could let you take a sandwich and a piece of fruit considering the cost of your stay and of the breakfast.”
