“A good place to stay outside Granada with peace and quiet.”
The location was what I was looking for just outside Granada with car parking available, it was ideal for a couple of nights. A good breakfast set us up for the day, we used the Bus to get into Granada on the first day and ate in the city in the evening. Used the Bus to get to the Alhambra, which meant no driving and after a full day out was nice to use the pool on our return.

“Very nice hotel on the outskirts”
The junior suite is spacious and beautifully furnished. The front desk receptionists are helpful. The location was quite good for us because our main interest was the Alhambra; but if you're here for the city it's a bit out of the way. It feels intended as a conference hotel more than for individual tourism.
The car chargers in the parking do not work with regular charge cards, you need someone to come with you to activate them. The air conditioning had a lot of trouble, it barely kept the room below 30C. The taps in the bathroom are square and beautiful but a nightmare to use, including the hand showerhead. The bathtub was missing the plug, so we had to improvise. On the evening we were going to visit the Nasrid Palace at night, we went to the bar for cocktails and a light dinner, only to be met by a staff member who barely spoke English, but managed to make it very clear that he did not feel like making cocktails even though the place is clearly advertised in the elevators as a cocktail bar.
“mislead and have concerns over being mis-charged will need further investigation by booking.com”
Location half/half not a lot around hotel you have to catch the bus into the centre to find any shops or places to eat. room was a good size, but balcony had building to side and behind over looking only, view to the mountains was to one side looking past rest of buildings, breakfast not good 3 days food was cold and when emptied tray not filled so less choices.
on arrival after 12 hours of travel we could not get a drink as they told us all facilities were closed from 11:00 when breakfast finished and would not reopen until 20:00, so we were told to try the vending machines !!!!!!!!!!!., the pool only used once as the grout in pool had gone black, the vending machine is in the pool area when used did not give a cup, so drink just poured onto floor, when reported all they did was give money back for the drink, some of the staff were friendly others either pretended to not understand or just ignore you, this was not a holiday and the hotel is not a 4 star hotel in our view, several safety issues spotted like no tile on wall were fire door latch should be attached, this was dangling on its wire, any fire it would not release the door, cable guard in breakfast room same colour as floor and several people tripped on it, electric sockets in floor hade damaged areas. this hotel only seems interested in block bookings coach parties for 2 nights.

The room is spacious and I got the surprise of a cute terrace with mini garden. Love it so much!
