“Very decent hotel”
This was a decent hotel with clean modern designed rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and a decent size. Location good near to the train station and not far from all the major attractions of the city.
“Good hotel with car parking option”
Macia Sevilla Kubb is a central located hotel (most attractions are in 10 to 15 mins walking distance). The hotel staff is friendly and the rooftop very pretty with great city views. A big advantage was the parking lot directly in the hotel owned parking garage (21€ per night, prebooking necessary). The only two things that need improvement are the ventilation, which was not possible to fully turn off (noise during the whole night) & a smell of sulfur in the bathroom (out of the ventilation/canal).
“Girls weekend”
So we booked this hotel through Love Holidays on a trip to Seville for a weekend getaway with 6 women. Hotel is a quick 15 minute drive from the airport and on arrival the hotel did not disappoint. Check in isn't until 2pm but they were able to give us 1 room that was ready to put all our cases into to until the rest of the rooms were ready. Reception is quite minimalist, lots of seating and some computers for use if you want to go on line. There is also a bar in the reception that's not manned but they will call someone to serve you. When we got our rooms there were nice quite unusual with a colour glass walls where the toilet and shower are located. Our 3 rooms had 1 with a double bed (room a little smaller) and 2 rooms with 2 singles pushed together. Breakfast was normal choice of breakfast in Europe lots of options of fruit and cereal and then pastries and hot food. Breakfast was open from 7-10.30 I think. The hotel is suited about 20 minutes walk from the city centre there is a supermarket across the road and a Mercodona around the corner on the other side. There is also a higher seating area on the roof with a pool, no we did not try it as it was quite cold while there. Hotel overall was lovely clean staff really helpful. 2 downsides, bar they say is upstairs on second floor but she stopped serving at 11pm and told us we could order at reception. We weren't able to. Rooms are also so very very warm there is air-conditioning but it didn't really work. We just kept the window open all night. Overall lovely hotel& great location and bar the church bells very quite
“Very nice 5-night stay in Seville”
Accommodations at this hotel were included in our tour of Seville. A friend and I stayed 5 nights in a double comfort room with 2 double beds. 1) Staff - staff was friendly and accommodating. When I asked where I can get hot water for my night-time tea, I was given an electric kettle. I enjoy my night-time tea and also having something hot in my room when I wake up in the morning so this is a very welcome amenity. 2) Room - spacious room, beds were comfortable and clean. Modern design. The only thing is that the bathroom has translucent walls and doors. A bit disconcerting. Other than that, the shower and other bathroom amenities were nice. 3) Location - I really like the location although it is about a 15 min walk to the historic center of Seville (area around the cathedral). It's quiet and also a short walk from tapas bars and groceries (Carrefour Express and Mas). After spending the day in the very busy city center, I appreciated going back to a quiet hotel. 4) Breakfast buffet - this was included in our stay. Very good breakfast buffet with hot drinks, juices, eggs, hams, cheeses, veggies, breads and fruits. I will be happy to recommend this hotel.
“Seville hotel”
Basic hotel Fulfilled needs for seeing the city Hotel has no personality at all Breakfast ok Staff not very interested in guests Felt like a hostel Pool area poor
“Excellent service!”
The hotel is on a quiet street within 15-30 minutes' walking distance of most attractions. A Carrefour Express shop, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby. The staff is very friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and amazingly soft pillows for a great sleep. I haven't tried all the breakfast options; however, the cheese, fruits, and vegetables are delicious. As a solo female traveller, I have felt very safe and would definitely come back! Many thanks to all staff!
