“Excellent breakfast and breakfast room.”

The best

So I promised this review a long time ago. This is an inexpensive, acceptable hotel right in the heart of Madrid, and within an easy walk to everywhere you might want to go. What makes this place truly special is the breakfast room overlooking the Gran Via. I'd get there right at 7 am, and watch the sun rise over the city, glowing up the buildings, as the city woke up and went to work. The coffee with sweet orange peel was delicious, and the hotel offers everything you could possibly want for a complete breakfast. All the staff were super nice, from the manager, to the many young women who made sure all the food was fully stocked and available. I'd stay here again for the morning experience alone.

“Superb value and great location”

The best

Absolutely cannot fault the place for the price that was paid. We had an inside facing room but still had 100% privacy with window open. Rooms clean Staff friendly and helpful Check in smooth Early check in allowed Great bathroom Towels and toiletries provided Hotel is perfectly located for all of the city centre. With plenty of bars and restaurants close by. A McDonald’s down stairs and casino across the road. Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

“The room was small and located in a rather poor spot inside the hotel, with no openable window. I had to switch to a street-facing room by paying an extra fee. The previous room didn’t even have a minibar. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Overall, it might be considered a weak three-star hotel at best. · Cons: Location”
