The locaties was great, the parking was a little small, but our car is a bit bigger as normal. Across the street there was a mall.

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was dusty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The air conditioner emitted a horrible smell every time it was turned on, making the air almost unbearable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and, to make matters worse, they were full of hairs and stains, which was both unhygienic and unsettling. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, creating a constant mess. Overall, the experience was far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

“The parking was unpractical, stay was extremely uncomfortable”

The size of the apartment was good.

To be improved

My family and I were placed next to a group who partied throughout the night, playing loud music and consuming alcohol. Despite reporting the disturbance to the property multiple times during the evening and night, we received no support or response. It was a very unpleasant experience and resulted in little to no sleep.

To be improved

Bathroom door didn’t close properly. But traveling on my own so not to much of a problem. Didn’t mention it at the time as was too busy.

“The staff guy from Andalucia was amazing and the staff in the morning as well. Also the Dominican gilr from the restaurant she was so kind and cheerful. The location was good. · Cons: This was the worse invested money for a hotel in my whole year 114£ oper day, very small beds, AC not working at all, we didn't sleep, had worse night in Madrid, very small room and outdated, don't recommend this hotel for a comfort and nice stay.”
