Hotel Madrid

Room a little small

..very noisy outside from the restaurants and the wooden floor in the hotell makes every move from other guests, and employees, very loud:/ bring earplugs, and its all good;)

When you walk into the room you notice splatted bugs on the walls that haven't been cleaned off for months and I know that because I stayed there before and decided to give it a second chance. I got exactly the same room and the bugs on the wall were still there few months later. Not even painted over. How expensive is few dabs of paint ?! There are grubby hand marks on the bedside tables and a mixture of fluff and dust on the top of all the skirting boards around the room. The window shutters have lost their latches over time so now they just bang in the wind during the night. The bathroom has a faint smell of drains constantly. The towels came with their own strange stains. It is a big shame because the building itself is beautiful. This time was the last time I will use this hotel unfortunately. It's far too expensive for what you get...

There was nothing to like, they looked us in different part of the town had nothing to do with Camino and won't make any conssion. Will be filling fraud claim against hotel Madrid in canary island. I'll give them less than 0.

No chair to sit on and read in my second floor room, although there are some comfortable sofas on the first floor by a big window onto the plaza
