The receptionist was nice and helpful.

This was on New Year's Eve and I booked the Hotel, because it showed that it had a restaurant and bar. But, when I arrived, I was informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. My wife is disabled and there were no restaurants open within walking distance. We tried Uber Eats and Glovo but both cancelled the orders after more than 30 minutes of waiting. We could not even get a coffee. No facilities inside the small bedroom. We went to bed without eating anything. At least we should have been notified that the restaurant and bar were closed and then we could have cancelled and found another. The reception also closed at 21h00.
