“Disappointingly Basic – Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience”

The best

The staff were very, very friendly — probably the best part of the stay. The lobby area was nicely decorated, with a beautiful central feature that gave a good first impression. There was parking available, which was convenient. The location was also quite good for getting around. I had salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables for lunch one day, and it was genuinely nice. Breakfast was also enjoyable.

To be improved

The hotel was extremely basic. The rooms were plain and lacked any of the comfort or style you’d expect from a four-star property. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because I thought it had a swimming pool — only to be told on arrival that there wasn’t one. That was really disappointing, and honestly, I wouldn’t have booked it had I known. The food was just okay. Breakfast was fine, but you had to pay extra if you wanted anything hot. Bravas were €12, which felt steep for what they were. Overall, the whole experience felt very underwhelming. Not at all what I expected from the photos or description. Wouldn’t return.
