Overall, I am dissatisfied and do not recommend this hotel due to their poor service and lack of respect for customers. We visited this hotel in July and booked a full-board package. To our surprise, when I asked for some ice at the restaurant, bar, and reception, they refused to provide it and directed me to the shop to buy it instead. The variety and availability of food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very limited. In fact, their restaurant resembled a fast food place more than a proper dining establishment, offering mostly snacks rather than real meals.

“Cons: Zero soundproof. I couldn’t sleep at night and woke up too early because of noises. You can literally hear everything as if the walls don’t even exist. I’m also a heavy sleeper and don’t wake up so easily. I left the hotel after spending one night.”
