“Errors made by reception and inconvenient parking”

Got assigned to wrong room Next day we were asked to pay higher price than on booking.com Reception staff at check in not trained at all Several issues with hotel paid parking: 1. Parking is not in the hotel and not easy to park and unload luggage 2. Reception cannot open parking remotely, need a remote control from reception 3. No lift from parking to street. There are 4 flight of stairs from parking to street level 4. Need to cross street to get from park to hotel Some parts of room not clean, ref. Pics

“nic ehotel good staff and room would use again”

large comfortable room and bathroom good variety at breakfast the car park is underground but easy to access but no lift so park outside the hotel and unload before parking

To be improved

not easy to spot the hotel from the road we drove past twice a clearer sign on the road would help

“What a great place,it's a must if staying in Toledo”

The hotel is situated about a 2 minute walk from Toledo cathedral. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with secure parking. My stay was made even better by the staff who are very friendly and go the extra mile to help. WELL DONE

“Awful experience, never again”

We were given a room with a malfunctioning bathtub: the drain wasn’t working properly, so our entire family (two adults and two children) had to shower while standing in muddy water up to our knees. To make things worse, the shower screen wasn’t fixed in place and kept swinging left and right. The hairdryer was extremely outdated and barely worked at all. The toilet had a bizarre configuration — it faced the wall with such a small gap that our knees were touching the wall while using it. In addition, the window above the air conditioner wasn’t properly secured, so the vibration from the unit caused it to rattle loudly, making it impossible to sleep. We had to switch it off during the night. Nevertheless, our main complaint was the bathtub. We reported the issue immediately after discovering it. Several staff members came to try to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. We were not offered a different room. At the check out the hotel also refused to provide a refund despite the unacceptable conditions.
