“Hotel absolutely ok but this area is shocking”

The hotel itself is good for what you pay. Our room had even sea view. Breakfast offered some choice, nothing special but ok. One receptionist was very nice, the rest rather grumpy. But for their defense, in this area full of stupid drunk tourists everyone would loose it’s humor. The room was very clean and spacious and as mentioned, a balcony with sea view

It’s not the hotel’s fault but oh my gosh, this area is horrible. Drunk people everywhere and what shocked us the most, everything is in German …. No sleep possible…. Never ever again

“Sea escapade !!”

Locationwise is superb!!! Easy access to bars, supermarkets, restaurants and cafe's... The hotel has its own bar and restaurant.It has amazing view of the beach where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Transportation to the City of Mallorca is a minute by foot and to the Airport as well. It has 24 hour frontdesk and guests come and go without curfews. Breakfast buffet is served fresh every morning which is included to the price that ive got, with quite good selection of food at a reasonable price. There is a minipool at the rooftop which is open until 9 pm. and is accesible with a lift, you can hang out at the solarium and enjoy the soundwaves snd seebreeze,while you watch passersby and party goers at night. Personnel are friendly and helpful when you need information in going around. You can ask them as well to call a taxi when you need one, Its way cheaper than Uber. The area was quite safe at night, police patrols at party hours and even late at night. You can walk at the seashore or spend sometime at night by the bay at ease.

Facilities could have been better, Air Conditioning in my room seems not to function well, which for me is a must during the hot summer months. It was hard for me to sleep at night, good thing i brought with me my minifan which helped me all through out the night.. The bed wasnt that comfortable, and i was provided with two single beds instead of a queensize bed, the bed seperates when you move a little, i almost fall out in the middle, i have to stand up and put them back together again. Bedsheets are quite old which looks exactly in the photos,they could have more modern and newer ones. I expected a seaview in the balcony but was given otherwise. Food selection could have been better but with the price its pretty normal.

Very noisy both in and surrounding. Inconsiderate neighbours. Next door to a 24hr Grill house so late night/early morning revellers hotspot.

“Excellent but noisy location”

Excellent location directly at the beach front. We had a room facing to the sea (only 110, 111, 112, 210, 211, 212, 310, 311 and 312 are in that direction). Good breakfast. Bus stop to Palma (2 EUR) just 50 m away.

To be improved

There is a night club (Ibiza Pub) in the basement with entrance at the beach front side. It is very noisy from 1 am to 4 am from the club and from the street in front of the hotel. Even double beds are single beds on legs which are easily sliding on the floor. Safety box costs 3 EUR per day.
