“Simple rooms in a central area.”

Location to Train Station. WiFi good. Staff at reception was friendly.

To be improved

I felt the area just outside the front of hotel was intimidating. Rooms are dated, mattresses are very springy. Air con was very Noisy, had ear plugs in but could still hear it loud. Mosquitoes in room due to cleaners opening the windows to let air in.

“Amazing and comforting!”
The best

It was really a great experience. Very good price-quality ratio; nice staff, very welcoming and smily. Honestly, I would really recommend the hotel as it is located literally in front of the entrance of Puerto Algeciras and the quality is very high compared to the other options nearby (also the price is very reasonable).

To be improved

There’s no parking in the location of the hotel. But there’s one (you pay 12€/ day) 300 m from the hotel and another one (free of charge/gratuito) some 500-700 m from the hotel. But that wasn’t a big deal.

“The apartment was clean. The stuff was friendly and one of few people that spoke English. The city is very specific. Next to the hotel there's a lot of bars and locals with a lot of people all the time. · Cons: A big minus was that you can't change the temperature or turn off the air conditioner without turning the electricity off completely. It can get loud during the night”

“The property was Okay at best, but the workers? they were absolutely horrible especially the man st the front desk, he wasn’t helpful whatsoever and spoke in a way that made him think he was of higher value than everyone else. Didn’t make us feel welcome at all.”

“It was a bit shabby but not expensive”
The best

The bed was reasonably comfortable. The shower worked well. Access to the balcony was appreciated. Not far from bus rail and ferry services

To be improved

Only one of the 2 lifts was working. When on the balcony the Wi-Fi would cut out. The area is seedy even for a port area
