Simple,clean ,quiet ,comfortable . Good aircon. Roof terrace overlooking the park is a great location for a nightcap. Staff friendly and helpful.

What did i like...."Checking out" ! Also the location is very good.

Had a confirmed booking, and several messages from the Hotel Melila Centro. However, we arrived at 21.45, after taking 2 flights and had been travelling for 18 hours..... to find we had NO ROOM! No reason why... just a shrug of the shoulders ! Crazy ! Using booking.com in year 2024, you would think you could feel safe using booking.com....... we called around the other hotels in Melilla and all were full. The Manager / Owner "suddenly" managed to find us a room, however, would not be ready until nearly 2 hours later, after a bed was moved into the room and it was cleaned. Got the room, NOT CLEAN - No Hot water that night or in the morning. Small rooms, no decor, just white walls and had the feel of a prison cell. Still paid full price. My Daughter and partner stayed there in mid June 2024, and was not impressed, my wife stayed there also, in the summer, as a solo traveller and also had a dirty room and no hot water. I can't believe I took a chance to give the hotel a 3rd chance. Our Advice is, stay at the Rusadir, Parador or the Melia Hotel when in Melilla. Always clean and have hot water and in good locations. Also, be aware that the hotel Bar is only open at the weekends !! It is such a shame that this hotel is very poor. The location is really good. The Owner and management need to get a grip, as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Will NOT stay again.

Central location great for the beach park and bars shopping etc - room was small but clean - the sky bar was nice 👍

To be improved

Had to wait outside in the hot sun before check in - then had to wait inside for way too long to check in - after travelling for 17 hours was not good - a little expensive for what you get - however will stay there again and try a different room as the location is super
