“Good location, friendly staff but lack of food and beverage facilities was an issue”

The location of the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a varied selection. For a fee of 20 Euros we were allowed to keep our room for longer on our last day which was a big advantage.

To be improved

The opening times (or not!) of the restaurants was very erratic and on a few occasions in the afternoon and evening there was no food or beverage facilities open in the hotel. We were told on more than one occasion when the tapas restaurant would be open or closed and it wasn't the case in either scenario. On the one occasion when the evening restaurant was open, we waited in excess of one hour for our meal to arrive and it never did so we left with no dinner.

Housekeeping needs attention,soap and shampoo dispensers empty on arrival. Restaurant food disappointing Room window would not close (330) Very noisy.
