“Ruined trip due to awful rooms”

The location was great and the pool areas

To be improved

We had a terrible rooms and had to be moved 3 times in 3 nights. I have complained to the hotel and booking.com since and have not had a response from either which has tainted the trip even more :(

Large room, great shower, good air con, comfortable bed, clean

To be improved

Room floor could have been cleaner. Individual sunbeds were very uncomfortable ( but large double sunbeds were very comfortable). Bus outside hotel is every 3 hours and didn’t arrive. But taxis weren’t expensive.

“Would return to this place.”

The best

Minus a small hiccup to begin with, the staff we're super helpful. Room was so spacious and incredibly clean with beautiful views and easy access to the surrounding amenities. Breakfast was always absolutely spot on!!

To be improved

Check in was frustrating. We had a check in window of 2-4pm. We arrived at 11 and let the staff know we we're here with a view of returning at 2pm to check in, however the check in window does not mean between 2 and 4, it quite literally means you may not get your room until 4pm. We did mention something to the staff and they did accommodate, but I do feel we had to sacrifice our room upgrade to do so.

“Great location. · Cons: Customer service wasn’t great. On a couple of occasions they weren’t very accommodating. Not all sea view rooms are and some don’t even have a balcony. There is also a lack of sun beds which results in people reserving them.”

“Location is convenient, next to the white village, parking etc. Just watch out that location they show on booking isn't the actual location depending on the room you choose (closer to mainland) · Cons: Overall, 2 stars because 1 - location and 2 - room was big and spacious. Everything else was a disappointment. We booked it because we wanted to stay in binibeca and the price was very competitive, but I would not recommend or book again. First, it's misrepresented on booking.com so check info carefully on where it's located because it's 2 buildings. Breakfast was very basic and coffee was very poor. Finally, we had problems with the room and the hotel staff was quite rude, it's not their fault however, they are very obviously over-worked and have a lot to do, so they can't solve the problems. It took 4 days after check out to have an answer, and one of the ladies just said she is too busy to help, which was disappointing.”
