The restaurant was closed. Carlos was very kind opening the hotel just for me but as a consequence I was alone in the hotel over night. The hotel was cold as it wasn't really open. There was no restaurant, so after a 55km cycle from the coast, up hill most of the way there was no food, no dinner and no breakfast. I was alone and starving, there are no bars or cafes anywhere nearby and the whole town is built on very steep gradients. Definitely not suitable for disabled folk. Carlos the proprietor was very kind and welcoming but this was definitely not as advertised by Booking.com. What a total lie. I was very dissatisfied, no food and a 50km cycle ride the next day. I woke at 5am because I was cold in bed. I understand if a hotel has a closed time but booking.com you need to do a lot better than advertising the facilities especially as important as food which I was relying on. Overall,a clean tidy but basic hotel that doubtless fills a need but was badly represented by booking.com. Had I known the facts I would definitely have gone else where, but by the time I arrived I was not only committed but had also paid. Booking.com you owe me!

To be improved

Cold, no restaurant no food, no bottled water in the room a basic convenience. Hotel was basically closed so understandably no heating on so freezing cold floors. Woke in bed at 5am due to cold. No breakfast, no coffee! This was not as advertised by Booking.com and I feel duped. I do appreciate Carlos the property owner opening up just for me but being left alone in the building over night is not great. What if there had been a fire and how insecure did I feel!

“Perfect for a weekend biking / hiking trip. Basic, but very nice & friendly.”

The best

I went to La Fenasosa, so It's from this point of view basically. Really nice location. Veeeeery friendly manager/owner. There's an option to store your bike (although I didn't need it in the end). Very basic, but a breakfast is available and there's dinner somedays - please confirm with the staff. There's places to have breakfast and dinner in the village and the staff

To be improved

Nothing to do with the hotel. There was a party in a building in front once. Hahah. A/C machine was difficult to control and the floor was freeezing cold anyway (What you'd expect in February?) so get your slippers
