Great location and the buffet breakfast was good

To be improved

We would have liked tea & coffee facilities in the room and a mini fridge. We also think the safe in the room should have been free of charge, never had to pay to use a room safe.

The room was extremely poorly soundproofed — all night long there was a constant humming noise from the air conditioning unit. The door didn’t close properly, and the motion-sensor light in the hallway kept turning on throughout the night, shining brightly into the room through the door gap. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a layer of plastic under the sheets, which made it even worse. The air conditioning was completely dysfunctional — there was no proper way to adjust the temperature. It was either too cold or, when the temperature was turned up, the airflow stopped altogether. As a result, I caught a cold by the second night.

“Lovely hotel great location”

The rooms were big and clean. Bed was big and comfortable. Lovely view over the pool. Always got a sun lounger. Varied breakfast. Lots of young Germans but heard no noise at night. My niece who is 4 was the only child there but the staff were really attentive towards her. Close to the beach and the aquarium. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. I used the gym over the road which was free as part of my stay. It was small but had everything I needed. The staff at the sports club were friendly too and made nice coffee.

Nothing really we didn’t realise we could’ve booked the apartments across from us that was also belonging to the hotel would’ve been nice to have a kitchen area but otherwise the hotel was great for 5 day stay as breakfast every morning and was well accommodated with but we know next time if we’re staying longer than 5 days we would book the apartments
