“Exceptional hotel”
The best

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, the bed was sumptuous with a firm mattress, and the location was convenient.

To be improved

The bed pillows were a bit too soft and too big for me.

“Good hotel for a few days in Las Palmas”
The best

Nice hotel to spend a few days in Las Palmas. The staff very kind, the reception lady messaged me on WhatsApp when my room was ready, allowing me to check in sooner. The breakfast was quite good except the coffee (I will pay a bit more every night just to have a good coffee in the morning...)

To be improved

The room was quite clean, but it needs some improvement. Quite a bad smell when I first entered in the room.

“My opinion is that Mg Poniente hotel deserves 4 stars instead of 3. It is crystal clean and the people working there are very friendly. Amber at the reception desk is very kind and the chef's breakfast are always slurpy and super tasty. · Cons: Nothing”

I thought the bed could be nicer. I think the cleaner's should by default always clean the room not just request it. Unfortunately having public bins outside the window can't be helped, they collect the bins between 11pm and midnight. In general I would stay here again
