The bed was very small and very uncomfortable, despite being very clean, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed frame moved with every move in bed. The establishment knew we were three people travelling (2 adults and 1 child) and the bed was one bed 135cm. Felt like it was going to break. We couldn’t report this as we arrived at 10pm and left at 6am.

“We stopover here every year on our way to Santander. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. · Cons: We were disappointed to find they no longer do food and drink. After a long drive it was ideal to enjoy a pizza and a beer.”

“Just what I needed.”

The best

Very good location just off main route north south. Perfect for stopover. Decent restaurant over the road with friendly staff. Fuel station is on site. Fill yourself then go in and pay as in UK. Cashier could've been a lot friendlier for fuel.

To be improved

Would be great to have satellite tv for English programmes.

“Clean, quiet and comfortable”

The best

Stayed here with my two dogs whilst passing through Spain on the way to the ferry. Receptionist was very friendly. Room was very clean and really quiet. Comfortable beds and a powerful shower. For €50 for a night’s stay I thought it was very good value. The restaurant in front of the hotel was excellent too. I received friendly service and excellent food.
