“Excellent - highly recommend”

The best

Perfect hotel. Lovely residential quiet and seemingly safe neighbourhood, close to metro and supermarkets. Rooms are clean, well kept and spacious. Breakfasts are also faultless and delicious. Swimming pool was perfect to unwind after exploring the city. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

“Great hotel for families!”

The best

Perfect hotel for families. Our room was rather large with three beds, a sofa, table, and kitchenette (with plates/bowls, utensils, microwave). There is plenty of free parking around the hotel, a grocery store down the street, and a Burger King around the corner. The hotel breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. My favorite was the raw honeycomb.

“decent”

The best

we were the only family staying, but the family room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was decent. the parking isnt free, and the dinner is overpriced, but overall the hotel is easy to get to and comfortable.

“Nice hotel, loved the art!”

The best

Nice hotel, good location, quite funky! Arte hotel..! Nice room.Nice furniture and nice art of the walls. Good check in process. Nice shower. Shame that there is no tea coffee making facilities in the room - wouldn't cost much to put a kettle in there! Close to Chamartin station and a short ride from the airport.

“Terrible service, cheap quality”

The best

After having reserved a room for one night, I called to have my stay lengthened to two nights. When I finally spoke to someone after calling three times, the employee told me there was no problem and that he would change the reservation. Upon arriving to the hotel, a different employee quite rudely told me that my reservation was for one night only. I politely asked her to add another night and she promptly refused, with a terrible tone, and told us that if we wanted to reserve the room we would have to reserve online. She was perhaps the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered. When we did go up to the room (for one night) it was dirty, missing towels and had stains on the bedding. The “bathroom” has no door and is completely visible from the entrance door. This hotel and it’s service is terrible, avoid at all costs.

“Clean, comfortable and well located”

The best

We stayed over Christmas 2022, using the hotel as a base to visit family who live nearby. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself - though the bar/restaurant looked welcoming - but the room was exceptionally comfortable and the location perfect for us. Staff gave us a warm welcome.
