The hotel is in the center of Madrid, there are many cafes around, grocery store, metro station. Check in was quick. The hotel has a room with couches and tables if you want to eat your own food. There is a kettle, coffee and snack machine.

To be improved

The hotel is being renovated, so there were walls with holes in the hallway.

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern.

I loved the staff. The reception I got was very warm. When I came down after unpacking the receptionist had changed and a very friendly guy was working. He was there for the remainder of my stay and very friendly. The room was immaculate, cool and comfortable with a great shower
