Hotel Mitra Crisálida

We booked a junior suite but were given a different room without a balcony to be able to sit outside. The furniture had cigarette burns and jagged edges. We tried to find the receptionist to ask for another room but they had gone for the rest of the day and the barman was busy. The room was roadside so it was noisy. I asked about reserving a table in the restaurant for 7pm and was told it closed at 4pm but the website clearly states it's open up to 9pm. This meant we had to drive to Cabra to dine and being inland no restaurants are open until 8.30pm, overall we were disappointed.

It was a bit out of town, not a serious issue for us though because we had bikes.

The room is basic and decoration dated. It was very noisey in the morning with people eating downstairs in the restaurant

The cafeteria was not open 24 hrs as stated so we went out for an evening meal when we returned to the hotel the cafeteria was closed and locked up but the entrance to the hotel reception was open and our room keys where on the counter where anybody could have picked them up and stolen all our belongings including money and travel documents!
