“I would still stay here again, love the Hotel and staff”

The breakfast two weeks ago was £7.99 and was amazing. This trip it had increased to €9.99 which would have been a fair price BUT the seeded bread was stale, mushrooms beans and bacon cold and microwave not working, the Avocado and Bananas should have been put in the bin. The next morning it was better but Avocado still had black bits on it and I did pick up a stale roll which I put back.

To be improved

Only the breakfast. Plus the room had not been hoovered and my friend and I were first in due to early hospital appointment

“I would repeat!”

The best

I stayed in a "economic room" and still it was very confortable, with a small freezer, wich was great considering the hot summer in Granada. The location couldn't be better.

“Nothing. Complete disaster. You don't expect much for the price but this is for inspection. · Cons: Terrible experience! The guy at the reception doesn’t even speak basic English. He gave us completely wrong directions for the parking — told us to go left, but the parking was actually on the right. Because of that, we had to drive around and make a whole extra loop through the city, which cost us an additional 30 minutes. The room was half-clean, with a window facing a tiny, fully covered space that feels like a prison — no daylight at all. In the morning, we paid extra for breakfast (10€ per person) — total disaster. The eggs were rotten and smelled disgusting. Even the waiter admitted they were spoiled! This is a serious food poisoning risk. Everything was from yesterday, cold. Who serves cold eggs from yesterday for breakfast? Cold pancakes from yesterday? Avokado completely black. Horrible experience overall. Never coming back — avoid this place at all costs!”
