“Absolutely Wonderful”
The best

Everything. It's just a wonderful place. The staff were great, the food, the setting, the whole theme of the place. We agreed it was the best hotel experience we have ever had.

To be improved

The only issue really was noise, we were maybe unlucky but someone had a party in the suite next to us. We had had a previous noise issue which they immediately solved. This time they didn't do enough to stop the noise which went on very late. That was the only issue of the whole stay.

Good vibe and wonderfully styled

Despite requesting a double bed we had 2 singles pulled together, both with single sheets and covers. The beds consistently moved apart and wasn’t a nice experience. The bar closes at 11pm which is very early, Forcing us to go to a local (basic) bar if we wanted to stay up. The rooms were very small for the £400/night price

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Very nice, smiley staff. Most very cold and unhelpful.

To be improved

Make sure to check what you’re ordering. We were charged €12 for a bucket of ice. Music by the pool was a bit low mood considering it was Ibiza.
