Very good and safe parking area! Down-town in walking distance - 20 Min. (bus-station infront of the hotel). Easy to reach / easy to exit

Clean and comfortable

The Russian receptionist was very nice and there is nothing actually horrible about this hotel, it's not dirty or noisy for example. It's fine.

It was in a great location, property really quiet, great value for money. Very comfortable beds with great Wi-Fi access.

The guy in the hotel reception was extremely helpful and nice. We really appreciated his warmth.

The location was in a great neighbourhood of Gros, short walk or bus ride to the cafes and bars of Gros and the Old Town. Very quiet, good light blockout. Nice linen and towels. There is a lift if you need it (its slow, but we used it to take our bags up and down to the 3rd floor). Good size balcony with table and chairs. The 10Euro breakfast buffet was pretty good, loads of pastries other carbs and cured meats and a couple of sliced cheeses, pre cooked boiled eggs in shells. Coffee is self serve via a pod machine. Small room size wise, but bonus was that there was room to store suitcases under the beds. Front desk staff had limited English (we use Google translate more often nowadays) but were helpful, and the woman who manages breakfast delightful (nil English at all, but did not matter).
