we had an issue with the water and technician came and could not do anything and reported to reception it was fixed, when we requested reception again to send someone nobody came and we had to leave with it during our 5 day stay. Bed is very small, not even queen size. We have requested an extra bed for an additional cost and we were told hotel does not have any extra bed options, neither bigger room to accommodate our child. I do understand hotel could be full, but many people checked out during our stay and we were told we can get a room only for last 2 days of our 7 day stay and that is for additional cost, which does not make any sense. Breakfast is ok, but the same thing everyday, so if you stay for long period be ready to have the same breakfast everyday. Hotel is a bit old and everything in a room is outdated. Some renovation work and constant noise of delivery vehicles and gardener from 6AM. Wifi is pretty bad, does not always work.

The best

It was very clean, the staff were really lovely. The pool was clean and fresh. The cleaners were helpful and hardworking. It is close to amazing restaurants and the sea which is full of fish and very clear. Views great. Breakfasts fabulous. Very authentic Spanish/catalan.

Bought 2 alcoholic drinks which came to over 13 euros which is more than double than what you would pay in a beachfront restaurant in town. One night there was a thunderstorm but not much atmosphere just sitting in lobby much better in town. Maybe we were unlucky but the weather was just ok. Windy and/or overcast or dull all week.
