The bed was made up daily, and fresh towels were provided every 3 to 4 days, which was a nice touch and kept things comfortable throughout the stay.

To be improved

The room felt very outdated and had a strange, unpleasant smell. The doors were extremely noisy—you can hear every door on the floor opening and closing. The walls are paper-thin, so every conversation and sound from neighboring rooms is clearly audible. Be sure not to leave any food out, especially on the bedside table, as there are a lot of ants.

“Beautiful setting and friendly staff”
The best

Amazing location with stunning views. Short 20 minute walk into Alcudia. Great for different swimming options - choice between the beautiful mountainous sea or two different pools. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Although our stay was short, we were disappointed only pizza was being served in the later part of the of the evening for our dinner option. The “lobby” is non-existent. Also, we could hear everything from the rooms above and Nextdoor. Sound proofing is needed!
