Location is fantastic but nowhere to park first to check-in. You should allow access to the car park then let people check-in. At 10am much of the breakfast wasn’t available - no glasses, no cups, no orange juice for a while, no eggs or sausages.

Location is perfect, room nice and clean and well equipped, staff very nice

Rooms a little old looking, balcony although very roomy was a bit scruffy. Cooked breakfast not great but continental was good.

“Fantastic hotel for Murcia bull ring concerts”
The best

We had one of the updated rooms and it was great. We had a brilliant time. The tapas and a drink is also lovely. It's the ideal hotel for the Murcia bull ring concerts. We will be back.

“L9vely Hotel, great location & very helpful staff”
The best

The bed was too firm for me but great for my husband. The pillows as always in Spanish hotels were not supportive of your neck. However the room was very clean and bed was king-size. Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the bull ring and a short distance to the major shopping area. We have stayed here before & will definitely be back.

Better pillows, more neck support. Otherwise everything is perfect
