I had a short visit in Andaluzia, stayed in cities. This one was in a remote village, but it was our best overnight, as accomodation and dinner. Wonderful apartment, charming. Helpful guests, change our room for air conditioning. Tahnk you

Never anyone at reception. They are busy managing another hotel 15 mins away. Rooms are sold as premium but in fact are very basic.

“Can be improved!”

Hotel is not very good in communications, I received following mail. ‘ Remember that check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Outside of these hours, additional charges starting at €50 may apply.’ After such a mail you do not expect a closed door. I arrived at 3:00 PM nobody was there and the hotel was closed. After a phonecall they said ‘I am out for lunch’. Serious??!!!! When the host arrived at 3:30 I got a sorry and a little bottel of water. I received a kingsize room, but not the room with view on the mountains. The beds are good. The breakfast was very poor, despite the fact that it only opened at 8:00, there was little left. The tuna salad had been there for a long time, looking discoloured. What I did appreciate very much was that I got a phone call on the day of departure that I had forgotten my jacket. I could pick it up! A hotel for improvement, nice entrance and nice rooms. Much more can be done here. The staff is quite nice by the way.
