“Fantastic location but hotel itself needs a bit of a revamp”

The room lights, curtains and air conditioning were all run by a single screen at the door. There was no way of just switching the bathroom lights on without turning all the lights on in the room. You could not then switch off the lights from bed. Some of the lights were then not working and neither was the safe

“Well located hotel in the old town.”

The best

Well located hotel close to the old town. The bed was also extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

To be improved

The hotel is a bit dated - I'm not sure a 4 star rating is really appropriate. Also, the housekeeping was a little random. Soap was provided for the sink but the housekeeper took the soap on my second day, without replacing it. Good thing I had my own! (from a hygiene perspective...) Also, conditioner for hair was provided but no shampoo. Strange. And bottled water was provided in the room, but it wasn't always replaced. Some days yes, others... no. And I had issues with the wifi password that was provided. Just stopped after a couple of days (I was there for 5) but I got another one without issues from the helpful staff.

Hotel is very clean and staff is very efficient. Location is ideal to visit the old town.

To be improved

Due to its location the access to the parking garage is very difficult for medium to big cars. We would recommend to use a city parking structure which is located at a walking distance from hotel.

Great location, very nice hotel in heart of the old city. Nice and comfortable room.

To be improved

To be honest the only thing is missing is magnifying mirror in Bathroom.
