“Centrally located hotel, small, functional and pleasant”

The best

Very centrally located hotel with pleasant and functional rooms. The electric kettle - a rare find in Spanish hotels - was much appreciated. Although I didn't make use of it, I liked the fact that they offered an early packed breakfast given that I had to leave the room before breakfast was served.

To be improved

Due to its central location and its proximity to Santa Pola's party area, there is some street noise. Also, I could hear noises from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms (shower, toilet flushing). Lastly, even though this did not affect the quality of my stay, I was a bit worried after I turned the A/C off, then back on, becauseI wasn't sure if it was actually working (even though the receptionist assured me that it was). It would perhaps help if the hotel provided clear instructions to check if the A/C is on or not.

Front desk very nice at check in. Food service attendant does a superb job. Location is the best in town.

To be improved

Bar to hang clothes in room too low. My wifes dresses were on the floor. A screen in bathroom window will keep bugs out.

“Ideally situated in the centre of Santa Pola near to the main square,restaurants and cafes. Plenty of parking. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room we had was comfortable with air-conditioning.Welcomed in the 37 degree heat. Staff very friendly & efficient. Breakfast starts at 0800 and consists of a good choice of hot & cold food. All freshly cooked. · Cons: Nothing adverse to report.”
