Hotel Nautico

The receptionist was horrible. My girlfriend wanted to come up to my room whilst I was staying and the receptionist started shouting at us saying he was going to ring the police. It was such a massive overreaction and was strange to watch. I ended up having to leave before I was meant to as he wanted to charge us a fee and the price of the new room to change to double room.

We paid and informed hotel that we are arriving around midnight, they sent us that its okey since they have reception 24/7. But once we reached hotel they gave us room key where was someone else already and after that they told us unfortunately they dont have any room available. We stayed in the car that night since it was already late and it was hard to find some other hotel in that time. They didnt apologize or anything, they told us just to contact booking for refund which still didnt happen. Disaster

A lot! No lift and no one to help carry luggage, you have to carry it upstairs yourself. No kettles in the rooms. There is a coffee machine downstairs for coffee drinkers, but nothing for tea drinkers like me. I was initially told I could use the microwave, but then found out it was broken! I asked if they could put a kettle downstairs for people to use and was told, "No, there are cafes outside" No good for someone like me who needs a tea before getting ready and going out. I found most of the receptionist/management unfriendly and unhelpful. Only one ever smiled. The cleaners were friendlier. I mentioned the pedal bin in my bathroom was broken, twice to different people. Nothing was done. Most towels I was given had stains on them. Curtains had holes in them. You are given a sachet of shower gel and shampoo everyday. Only rooms at the front have balconies. Rooms at the back are overlooked by other buildings. The inner courtyard is not accessible and an uninspiring view. Rooms at the back are dark and dingy. You need the lights on. The downstairs shared areas are also, dark and uninspiring, not like in the photos. I would not book this again.
