The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to deal with a bizarre situation.

To be improved

There was no staff on site. The automated checkin machine did not work. We were the only people in the hotel complex at night. The breakfast was was awful.

“We didn’t stay! We left ASAP!”
The best

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. A cross between The Shining and a horror movie. No food on site, except a vending machine. No place to find a meal. Staff didn’t even try to help with that. We checked in, paid. Then the staff disappeared and we were unable to contact anyone for help. The place was deserted. We called a taxi and found better accommodation elsewhere.

No food, no staff to help. Hotel was beyond creepy!

“it is right on the Camino. the room was warm and comfortable · Cons: I arrived on foot famished and found there was no food of any kind available. they had advertised that they had a restaurant and it would have been helpful to know it was closed. also, the highway noise was very bad throughout the night.”

“Basic hotel”
The best

The room was nice and clean, with the housekeeping being done very well each day. Only good for people with cars.

To be improved

The room was cold, with the entire building being cold and only the AC for heating. This helped, but just was not enough. The furnishings are very basic, even shelf space seemed insufficient.
