“The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. I spoke broken Spanish, and they spoke English so we were able to accommodate for our needs. A great comfy hotel room, just 17 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 12 from the bus/train station”

“The only thing in this hotel that leaves no room for doubt is the staff. They are incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely sincere. · Cons: The rest is beyond criticism. The hotel is old, dirty, and shabby, with everything broken and falling apart. The bathroom was terribly inconvenient, and upon arrival, there were someone else's hair in it. The room was in a dingy basement, reeking of cigarettes, and the bedspread was filthy.”

To be improved

Towels were stained with blood or poo. The rooms were all down stairs. Workmen were banging away from 08:00 hrs all day without warning. Heater took ages to work and did not work during the dsy. Youths were allowed to gather outside the main entrance smoking.

very helpful staff , was there for you to whatever you wanted. 10 minutes from the center by walking , the room was also ok , very big bathroom ! worth it , I recommend it ! :)
